Ex-Cervelo Test Team member Serge Pauwels now with Team Sky will be focusing on the Tour de France 2010 as a lieutenant for Bradley Wiggins.

The Davis brothers (Allan and Scott) will be racing with Astana in 2010.

This means that Allan Davis is breaking his contract with Quick Step.
